TICKET POLICY—
ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

So, please plan carefully before making a purchase, we want to make sure your experience with us a really good one.

  • Our dinner club seats only a maximum of 40 guests at dinner tables, so we are a small intimate gathering with very personal service.

  • Our schedule of performers is subject to last minute changes possibly due to unforeseen circumstances. Notice will not be made.

  • All dinner theater tickets must be purchased in advance—tickets are NOT available at the door for purchase on the night of the show.

  • Reservations without a ticket purchase cannot be made, however, reservations can be moved from one date to another with at least 24 hours notice in advance of reserved show date, please.

  • Any ticket changes with less than 24 hours notice will not be honored.

  • Without tickets, there is no guarantee of admission for gift certificates—please do not show up without confirmation of ticketed reservations.

  • Tickets purchased online will be sent to the email address provided during purchase.

  • What does my ticket price include?

    All ticket price information is available on our show schedule page. Our ticket price per person includes one three-course dinner, soft drinks such as cola, diet cola, iced tea, hot tea lemonade, and coffee, full stage show, and applicable taxes (***Sales tax is included in ticket price).

  • GRATUITIES are not automatically included in your ticket purchase or beverage purchases—please consider leaving a tip for our wait staff when the evening concludes. What is a the suggested tip amount? We recommend $10 per person in your party. Do I tip the magicians? No, you do not need to tip the magicians.

  • Tickets prices are subject to change without notice—does not apply to already made ticket purchases.

IF ANY GUESTS DO NOT SHOW UP THE NIGHT OF THE SHOW, THE TICKET PRICE IS NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE FOR FUTURE SHOWS.

Additional Expectations

  • Please arrive on time—doors open as early as 7:30PM sharp and the evening begins right away. You will be greeted at our check-in desk and you will be guided to your reserved seats.

  • Evening activities in order of occurrence—check-in, seating, drink order, close-up magic at dinner tables before and during three-course meal, stage show, opportunity to reconcile additional purchases (e.g. premium beverages), meet n' greet with performers, doors close.
