Your information is NEVER sold or given away as a mailing list or passed onto anyone else at ANY time. We will keep on file your information only for the purpose of filling orders with us or for sending email advertisements (at your request). All information is kept and stored in a secure location where no one else can access it. Any orders placed through our website are done through PayPal and that personal information such as Credit Card Info is not shared with California Magic & Novelty Company. (call in orders will be transacted through our own credit card processing system) PayPal is a separate organization and has its own secure server that processes the credit card transactions. You can rest assured that a transaction with California Magic & Novelty Company will be a safe transaction.
